CyclinGames League Rules

1 - Every player has 120.000.000€ to buy the 28 riders needed to play. You have to buy 4 complete riders, 4 sprinters, 4 climbers, 4 classic’s riders, 3 combative, 3 gregarios, 3 time-trial riders, 2 néo-pro and 1 team manager. The riders you choose will give you the points you need, to win. The performance of each of your riders in the real race will give you some points.


2 - The team manager points envolve the team result. For example, you choose the CSC team manager. If the total of the points won by all CSC riders is 500, you won 50 points, thanks to the perfomance of the team manager. It's a 10% bonus


3 - You will have 6 substituion periods: before the begining of the Tour of Italy, the Tour of Switzerland, the Tour of France, the tour of Germany, the Tour of Spain and the Tour of Poland. In which period, you can substitute only 2 riders. However, you have to maintain the number of specialized riders. For example, you want to substitute one climber. You can only substitute he for another climber.


4 - You have to control your team! You have to choose from your team 9 riders (to race the 3 big tours), 8 riders (to other Pro Tour races) and 7 riders for the other races. Of course, you only have to decide it if the number of your riders present in race excedees this maximum number. If you don't choose your riders, your team will be chosen in a random system.


5 - To explain better the pontuation, It is gived by the follow system. For example, it's decided that the Pro Tour one day race gives the following points:

01 - 400
02 - 375
03 - 350
04 - 320
05 - 300
06 - 250
07 - 225
08 - 200
09 - 175
10 - 125
11 - 100
12 - 75
13 - 60
14 - 45
15 - 30

If you have choosed the riders that made the 1st and the 3rd place you won 750 points... and so on.

There are 4 point scales. The points are gived according the final place (classic), or the place in the stage, final classification. There are also bonus points for the rider who wins the mountain classification, the points classification and the rider that wears the yellow jersey in the end of a day of competition.


6 - If one of your riders is suspended by doping charges, you will be penalised by losing 750 points.


7 - If your rider give up during a race, you will lose 100 points. This number of points is given in all the 4 point scales.


8 - If your rider finishes in the last position of a stage, you lose 50 points, again, in all the 4 point scales. If you rider is last in a classic or in the final general classification, you lose 75 points.


9 - In every race, you have to choose a leader. If you leader doesn’t makes points, you lose 50 points. If you doesn’t choose a leader, you lose the 50 points.


10 - The player can have a “joker” rider. He will give some bonus points if he makes points in the race (classic or stage race).

For example

You choose you choose a rider to race a competition of ranking 1. If he makes points, the joker bonus is 90 points for a rider that costs 2m. For each 0.5m highest prize of the joker rider, you win less points 5 points. 2.5m - 85 points, 3m – 80 points and so on.


11 - If you don’t have a single rider participating in one race of our calendar, you can pick up two riders of the race startlist. However, this two riders can’t belong to a Pro Tour team and If you only have one rider in the race, you can choose an extra one.


12 - In case of a pontuation draw, victory will be gived to the team with lowest budget.
